Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the EmpowerME Experience, operated by Micky Parker Coaching (ABN pending) in Queensland, Australia. By paying your deposit you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.

1. The program

EmpowerME is a 16-week 1:1 coaching program that includes fortnightly check-ins, custom training and nutrition programming, mindset & identity work, community access, direct WhatsApp support between check-ins and an empowerment photoshoot on the scheduled shoot date.

2. Fees & payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place. The current deposit amount is shown on the pricing section of the site at the time of purchase.
• Weekly instalments are billed via Square for the 16-week program duration.
• Missed weekly payments must be brought current within 7 days. Ongoing coaching may be paused if payments fall more than 14 days overdue.

3. Cancellation & refunds

Because this is a premium, capacity-limited program with real opportunity cost each intake, our policy is:

• Deposit: the deposit is non-refundable once paid. It holds your spot and covers the onboarding time invested in you before Day 1.
• Change of mind before start date: weekly instalments not yet billed are cancelled at no cost.
• After the program begins: weeks already coached are non-refundable, but you may cease future weekly instalments with 14 days' written notice via email or WhatsApp. Access to coaching, group and photoshoot ceases when payments stop.
• Photoshoot: if you choose not to attend the photoshoot, the inclusion is forfeited — the venue, glam team and photographer are booked in advance and cannot be refunded.
• Exceptional circumstances (serious illness, bereavement): please contact Micky directly. We handle these case-by-case with compassion.

4. Health, safety & disclaimer

EmpowerME is a coaching service, not medical advice. You are responsible for consulting a qualified medical professional before starting any new training or nutrition program, particularly if you have existing conditions, are pregnant or postpartum, or are on medications. By participating, you acknowledge that physical training carries inherent risks and you accept responsibility for your own safety within the program.

5. Results disclaimer

Every woman's journey is her own. Testimonials, before-and-after photos and stated results are individual and are not a guarantee of the same outcome for you. Results depend on effort, consistency, genetics, starting point and life circumstances.

6. Photoshoot & content

Photos taken during the empowerment shoot are yours. You may choose whether to share any images publicly. We will never post your images publicly without written consent. If you consent to us using your photos for future marketing, that consent is entirely opt-in and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Respectful conduct

EmpowerME is a safe, kind, women-only space. Bullying, harassment, sharing of members' private information or content outside the group, or repeated aggression toward the coach or community will result in removal from the program without refund.

8. Intellectual property

All programming, materials, videos and written content produced by Micky Parker Coaching are copyrighted and licensed to you for personal use during your enrolment. You may not resell, republish or redistribute them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Micky Parker Coaching's liability for any claim arising from participation is limited to the fees you have paid. Nothing in these terms excludes rights guaranteed under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will first be handled through direct conversation with Micky; if unresolved, in the courts of Queensland.
